Maillet Engineering, formerly Chiarelli Engineering Ltd. was founded in 1981 to provide complete Mechanical and Electrical Engineer services. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique designs, based on their unique requirements.

Maillet Engineering provides our engineering services for educational, institutional, commercial, and industrial requirements for heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection, heat reclaim, refrigeration, energy management,  power supplies, power distribution, fire alarm,  lighting, data transmission and communications.

In addition to engineering designs, CEML provides specifications, surveys, energy management audits, commissioning of facilities, building condition reports, feasibility studies, operation and maintenance manuals, technical reports and record drawings.  CEML has expertise in all the various stages of construction project management, including design briefing, building permit, tendering, construction and northern engineering.  CEML has worked on a great number of projects with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, and consultants in the same and other disciplines including acoustical, communication, fire protection, information technology, security, structural, and vibration.
